All postage is Royal Mail Standard delivery in 3 to 5 working days
Except the XXL Cage which is Parcel Force Worldwide and is 2 day delivery

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Most of our orders are dispatched within 2-3 working day (excluding bank holidays) of cleared payment being received.
If your goods need to be delivered to a different address from your Paypal account, please make payment via cheques, postal order or bank transfer. Thus we can ship to your designated address.
You need to provide a contact telephone number (for delivery purpose) with your payment or your order may be delayed.
If you pay via Paypal, we will only ship goods to your Paypal address and you cannot collect.
Please add the relevant extra postage cost when checking out, if your address belongs to the non-standard postage areas above, in order to avoid delay of your shipment.
